When I started working on panels I always did these 12 by 36 panels in a horizontal fashion. The 6 by 24 panels I almost always did vertically. But, sometimes you gotta shake things up! So I did.
I really love all of these - but one thing I notice in the bottom picture is how great that purple at the bottom (not in the painting, just in the photograph) looks with the colors in the red sky paintings. You should explore that color combination.
